HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! ...

thank ya'll for the posts. it's always an encouragement to hear some feedback. well it's official. he won't let me have the donkeys back. fitness equipment think it's mostly HER input there than his. but again, maybe it's a blessing in disguise...feed & vet bills, etc., as was mentioned.

He & I are done. After speaking to him briefly last night, and she answered the phone, I realized I've been living in a fantasy, hanging on to the past. I can't get on with my life while crying about things I can't change. That's where the serenity prayer really comes in handy.

Billy, myself, my daughter, & her 2 boys are all driving down to billy's mom's for Thanksgiving. my son & his famaily are going to meet us there. I'm anxious to have all my kids together for pictures at one time. It will be wonderful having them all together at one time, for the first time ever since the grandkids were born. hope my nerves will hold up. plus i'm meeting a bunch more of bill's family for the first time. about 80 ppl are going to be there. talk about a bunch of rednecks! lol. it's going to be fun.

i rode mama horse bareback for a while around the farm this afternoon. shakota & jubilee ran around & after us bucking, kicking up their heels & having a grand ol' time while I rode. That's such a neat experience to me. i love being with my horses.

i've been straightening the house & doing laundry all afternoon. i took boomer, my dog, to mom's to stay while we're gone the next couple of days. then next week mom's coming here to stay again for a few days. that's getting a little old, but can't do anything about it.

i'm in a better mood. have taken my medicine like i'm supposed to today & feel better for doing so. i've gotta start being more vigilent with my meds. they're important to my own sanity.

well, billy will be home shortly. i'll go for now. take care & have a grand holiday! gobble gobble! lol.
